Starting point.

 

In Berlin-Mitte, the owner has realised a residential and commercial ensemble - in the immediate vicinity of the Kreuzberg neighbourhood. The property is oriented towards the so-called "Berlin mix": residential, commercial and services. Dense, diverse and green. In the residential building, open floor plans with spaces between 75 and 172 square meters allow for individual and needs-oriented use. Together with the offices in the Remise and the residential studios facing the street, in the Atelierhaus, the area forms an attractive and conveniently located urban quarter - with a children's playground, private gardens and green roof terraces as well as an inner courtyard, which is harmoniously coordinated with the shape of the curved commercial building in the design of paths and greenery.

 

The Atelierhaus - today NG19. Your inspiring homebase. - whose units are used as Serviced Apartments, closes the gap to Neue Grünstraße and completes the ensemble. An attractive new building whose architecture combines exposed concrete, natural stone and industrial parquet flooring. Up from March 2022, 9 flats between 33 and 74 square metres are available for commercial living - as a temporary living space - for short and longer stays in Berlin.
